Take a breath - January at HQ
January is when a woodworking business remembers it’s human. September thru to the end December is chaos. Absolute chaos. Everything needs to be finished yesterday, everyone wants it before Christmas, and the workshop runs on caffeine, adrenaline, and quick thinking. Don’t park over our driveway
2025 - Thanks & Don’t park over our driveway. 2025 was a wild year for us here at Common Wood. We made a mess and cleaned it up a million times over. We said goodbye to some old faces while we welcomed some in new faces. We challenged ourselves with some head scratching builds whilst trying to maintain our sanity.  Early on in the year we lost a beast in the workshop, Mitch, to Sweden so he could finish his architecture studies.
