We use two types of finish for our pieces. 1) All of our vanities and bathroom cabinetry are finished with a water based two part polyurethane. This creates a waterproof barrier between the outside world and the timber. This is a very hard wearing finish that will last the life of the bathroom 2) All of our other cabinetry and tables are finished with Fiddes hardwax oil. This is a foodsafe oil that allows us to get a super high quality finish. It is water resistant and super durable. We recommend using the Fiddes Wood Surface Cleaner Spray to maintain any dining table.
