Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions are considered “accepted” upon payment of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Booking and Payment
A booking is only confirmed upon payment of the non-refundable 30% deposit. No dates or stock will be reserved until the deposit has been received.
Deposit is payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
The remaining balance is to be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
All event contact details, run sheets, bump in and bump out details are required 5 business days prior to the event to ensure smooth delivery.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for events that require a difficult set up that was not discussed at the time of the booking (e.g. Staircases, long distance between venue and parking)
Changes and Cancellations
We understand that things don’t always go to plan and we will endeavour to be as accommodating as possible if you need to make adjustments to your order; however we cannot guarantee availability of substitutions or additional products.
If you have booked delivery and set up, a change of venue may incur additional travel costs.
Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable and any cancellations made after the remaining balance is settled will mean a forfeit of all monies paid.
Damage or Loss of Stock
Lost, broken or damaged stock must be paid for by the client at replacement cost.
Hired items must not be removed from the venue at any stage.
Hired items must be looked after and kept out of the rain.
